Tackle twill, or applique, involves the sewing down of material, usually a nylon twill, to clothing. Tackle Twill has great professional look and feel to the finished product at an affordable price. Many elite club teams and professional organizations opt to go this route while decorating their custom uniforms. Due to the fact that Logos specializes in this approach the cost is negligible compared to screen printing, it is more durable, and has a professional look and feel.

In this method, we create your design by sewing cut pieces of twill fabric together and stitching twill pieces directly into the jersey. This method lends itself to less complex designs, lettering and letter-style crests. We are also able to do professional custom player names on the back of jersey or nameplates through the same process through hand cutting twill directly in the jersey.
